At Josh&Tate, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@joshandtate.com. Returns sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. Please note, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, kindly contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving the order). We’ll assess the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@joshandtate.com.
